When Rebecka and her family came for a consultation, I knew I was going to love shooting this gal.  She said something during our portrait session that will make me smile for the rest of forever.  After telling her I wanted her to climb into a drainage pipe, she said, "You take pictures in the weirdest places...but I love them!"  Hehe...thanks, chica!

I can't count how many teens have talked their moms into sessions with us.  We love teens...and this chicklet has soooo much personality!  This was a fun shoot, and fun edit.  Cassie looks so much like her beautiful mother.  Thanks, ladies; it was a pleasure!

Commercial Week and Old Friends

The past week or so, I've had a lot of commercial type work mixed in with my regular portrait shoots.  Below is an old friend of mine (not that you're old, Matt!) I haven't seen in about 20 years.  It was fun seeing him and meeting his family (he has 5 kids and an amazing wife!).  I'm so glad I got to see you, Matt!

Playing With New Toys (Light)

I just realized I haven't posted anything with or about my new light (the Alien Bee ringflash).  I've been having tons of fun goofing off with it.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LERRRRRVE the insane catch lights it puts in the eyes.  (No worries, commercial and portrait clients, I will reposition the catch lights into a "standard" position).  Here are a few of my daughter, the hubster and me just goofin' off.
